If you've purchased something from us and would like to return it you must e-mail me for prior authorization number. Defectives will be replaced no charge, all other returns will be handled on a case by case basis and are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE. RETURNS MUST BE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING , PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PARTS BOX, PUT RETURN INFORMATION IN AN ENVELOPE AND TAPE THE ENVELOPE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. We reserve the right to deny any returns that don't meet this criteria. Packages received that don't meet this criteria will be returned freight collect. No returns on electrical, painted, clothing, helmets or ANYTHING over thirty days old.
Please, in order for us to accept an item for return, we must be able to resell as new or return it to our warehouse. In either case there can be NO WRITING or LABELS on the item being returned. Please put the returnable item inside another box, or wrap in plastic or newspaper for shipping.
